CaC2-CaF2还原脱磷的实验研究

摘    要:分析了不锈钢还脱磷的热力学条件,计算了脱磷率,并在真空感应炉中用CaC2-CaF2熔剂对2Cr13重熔钢液脱磷进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,这种渣有很强的脱氧和脱硫能力。当CaF2和CaC2的质量比接近1:4时,脱磷效果最好,最大脱磷率可达75.3%,并可使最终wp降至0.01%左右。

Abstract:The article analyses the thermodynamic conditions of reducing dephosphorization and calculates the theoretical dephosphorization efficiency. In addition, dephosphorization experiments of stainless steel 2Cr13 with CaC 2-CaF 2 slag were made in vacuum induction furnace. The results showed that the slag was powerful in its capacity of deoxidation and desulfurization as well. When the mass of CaF 2 was about one fourth of CaC 2, the dephosphorization results were the best with a high dephosphorization rate of 75.3?%. As a result, the final phosphorus content of stainless steel can be decreased to about 0.01?%.
