摘    要:本文研究了NO_2~-与对氨基苯磺酸起重氮化反应,再与盐酸萘乙二胺偶合成红色染料,利用阳离子交换树脂富集后,用固相分光光度法测定NO_2~-,与液相比较,灵敏度和精密度提高,分析结果满意。

Abstract:Diazo reaction was reacted from NO2- with anilinesulfonic acid, and then red dye was obtained by coupling with N -(1 -naphthyl) ethylenediamine dihydrochloride. The product was determined by solid phase spectrophotography after cation exchange resin enrichment. The sensitivity and precision were advanced comparing to liquid phase spectrophotography. The results were satisfied.
