产漆酶白腐菌的诱变选育及其液体发酵的研究

摘    要:本研究从一株产漆酶的野生白腐菌出发,通过紫外诱变技术处理,获得了一株产漆酶能力较强的诱变菌株,其酶活高峰可达4630U/L,比原始菌株提高了约3倍。对诱变菌株液体发酵产酶的研究表明,碳源和氮源等营养物质的消耗对菌体保持生长和代谢活力具有较大的影响,而在培养体系中漆酶活力显著升高阶段,体系pH值的变化曲线则出现了一个明显的低谷。

Abstract:In this study,a mutant strain with higher laccase production was obtained from a wild one of white rot fungi by ultraviolet mutagenesis.The maximum activity of laccase from the mutant strain increased up to 4630U/L,which was 3 times higher than that of the primary strain.Study of laccase production of the muatnt strain in liquid cultivation showed that variation of the nutrient and pH in culture medium was related to the growth and laccase production of white rot fungi.
