| 摘 要： | 随着社会需要的发展和技术的不断成熟,信息通信服务面临重大变革,开放信息服务应运而生。由于开放信息服务具有动态自治和价值链变化等特点,导致相关的运营支撑和服务管理具有明显的不确定性。本文在NGOSS和ITIL的理论基础上,借助系统抽象的方法,从功能和技术两方面构建开放信息服务运营支撑和服务管理系统。该系统既能保证系统的灵活性,又能给开放信息服务提供稳定的支撑。
