堆浸浸出速率的灰色预测

摘    要:针对堆浸浸出过程的复杂性和不确定性,采用灰色系统理论对堆浸浸出速率的灰色预测进行了研究。根据堆浸的浸出动力学特点,结合实例,建立了堆浸浸出速率的等维灰数递补GM(1,1)模型。预测结果表明:采用该模型进行预测,预测方法合理,预测精度可靠,其最大相对误差仅为2 5%。

Abstract:Because heap leaching is a complicated process and has a lot of uncertain factors,using a grey-system-theory-based approach for predicting the leaching rate of heap leaching is studied.According to leaching dynamic characteristics of heap leaching and by use of a practical example,a model of GM(1,1) of equal dimension grey data is established for predicting the leaching rate of heap leaching.The prediction results show that the approach is reasonable and reliable,and in good agreement with field measurements with the greatest relative error of only 2.5%.
