| Abstract: | Now smart gird has been highly paid attention by global power industry. Enlightenment can be gained from international smart grid construction schemes. The paper introduces a new gerieration of distribution network management plateform provided by General Eleetric： Energy （GE Energy） which has been applied in American Electric Power Co. Inc. （AEP）, Austin Energy and State Energy Company of Australia. The paper also introduces in detail the core technology, technical features and components of thismanagement plateform. |
