| 摘 要： | 在分析标底对造价影响的基础上,对铁路工程各招投标标底类别进行了比较,并进一步提出适合当前铁路建筑市场环境下的标底类别和编制原则,指出这对于降低工程造价和提高工程质量都具有深远的意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the cost influences,it gets comparison on the category of the baseprice in the railway project bidding,and further provides baseprice category and compilation principle which is suitable for current railway construction market,provides that decreasing project cost and improving project quality has deep significance. |
