开式直筒辐射管辐射换热性能的数值计算

摘    要:针对一种设计用于长形炉膛的新型开式直筒辐射管,利用蒙特卡洛法对其辐射换热进行数值计算,从而对其工作性能作出预判,为开式直筒辐射管在工程领域的应用提供依据.结果表明:在长形筒状炉膛内使用开式直筒辐射管,炉膛壁面沿长度方向上的热流密度分布表现为先上升再下降、在尾部又上升的规律;在各负荷条件下,辐射管沿长度方向上的壁面温度分布规律同样为中间温度高,两侧温度低,其中前段温度平均低于后段温度.

Abstract:A uncork-cylinder radiant tube was designed for heat devices with long furnace.In order to predict its performance and provide reference for its engineering application,numerical calculation on radiation heat transfer characteristics of the uncork-cylinder radiant tube was carried on by Monte Carlo method.The results shouned that using the uncork-cylinder radiant tube in long tubular furnace,furnace wall heat flux density distribution along the length direction represent as increasing at first and then decreasiy,and increasiy again in the tail; the surface temperature distribution along the length direction of the radiation tube is that the intermediate temperature is higher than the temperatures of the both sides,and the average temperature of front section is lower than the back section temperature.
