平衡态计算模型分析低压末级叶片

摘    要:大容量冷凝机组的低压末级叶片的长度代表了汽轮机制造商的设计制造水平和能力,同时效率高、安全性能好、长度更大的叶片符合国家节能降耗的产业发展目标.本文采用平衡态计算模型对汽轮机低压末级叶片蒸汽流动状态进行数值模拟分析,根据不同叶高处极限流、载荷、熵的分布情况分析,表明在末级动叶根部存在去湿和涡流问题、末级静叶顶部存在涡流和摩擦损失.因此在今后的末级叶片优化时必须重点加以改进.

Abstract:The length of the LP last stage blade that used in the large capacity condensing unit,showed the fabricating and designing capability of turbine manufacturer,the high efficiency and safety with longer blade length accorded with the development project for saving energy.The equilibrium calculation model was applied to numerical simulated the steam flow status in LP last stage blade cascade.The limited stream line、loading and the entropy distribution at the different blade height were detailed analyzed,the results showed that the moisture removing and separated flow would be solved near the root area of the last stage rotor blades,the separated flow and the friction loss would also be solved near the top area of the last stage stationary blades at the same time.
