财政科技支出对区域自主创新能力的影响

提高自主创新能力，建设创新型国家是我国经济发展战略的核心内容之一，是提高综合国力的根本推动力。由于我国经济发展水平存在区域性差异，影响着各地区的财政科技支出水平，进而使各地区的自主创新能力也产生区域性差异。通过对我国各地区财政科技支出水平和自主创新能力进行分析，揭示两者之间存在的相关性，并提出相应的政策建议。

Influence of Fiscal Expenditure for Science and Technology Levels on the Capacity for Independent Innovation

Enhancing the capacity for independent innovation and constructing an innovative country is one of the core contents of the development strategy in China. This is the power of the underlying driving to enhance the comprehensive national strength. Since there are regional differences in the lev- el of economic development in China, it affects the level of regional fiscal expenditure for science and technology, thus there are regional differences of the capacity for independent innovation in each re- gion as well. By analyzing fiscal expenditure for science and technology levels and the capacity for in- dependent innovation, it reveals the correlation between them, and then puts forward the correspond- ing policy recommendations.
