| 摘 要： | 大学生在面对就业时会产生诸多心理问题.为有助于大学生解决就业过程中产生的心理问题,针对当前大学生就业心理的积极表现和消极表现,分析大学生就业心理消极表现产生的主要原因,从社会、学校、家庭和自身等四个方面探讨大学生就业心理调适相应对策.

| Abstract: | Nowadays, confronting with job hunting, college students have different kinds of psycho- logical problems. For the positive performances and negative mental performances for the current col- lege students in employment, the main reasons of the students＇ employment performances were ana- lyzed. Focusing on the social, school, family, and their own aspects, college students job hunting psychology adjustment countermeasures were researched. |
