四川人力资本与经济增长的实证研究

从人力资本外部性作用的角度来阐明人力资本水平对经济增长的重要作用.选取卢卡斯的人力资本溢出模型,通过采集和计算四川省1978—2010年GDP、固定资产投资、人力资本存量和平均受教育年限的数据,运用ADF单位根检验、Granger因果检验、协整分析以及误差修正模型进行实证研究.结果表明：人力资本存量的增长速度虽然高于人力资本水平的增长速度,但是人力资本水平的贡献率却高于人力资本存量的贡献率,即劳动者质量增长所起的作用明显高于劳动者数量增长所起的作用.

Empirical Study on Human Capital and Economic Growth in Sichuan

This article clarified the important role of level of human capital on economic growth from the perspective of human capital externality effect. This article selected Lucas＇ human capital over- flow model, collected and calculated the data of Sichuan province in 1978-2010GDP, fixed assets in- vestment, human capital stock and the average education years. We used the ADF unit root test, Granger causality test, co-integration analysis and en＇or correction model to early on the empirical re- search. Results show that the growth rate of human capital is above the level of the human capital growth, but the contribution rate of human capital level is higher than the contribution of human cap- ital stock, That is to say, laborer quality improvement of the effect on economic growth is significantly higher than the increase in the number of workers of the effect on economic growth.
