摘    要:目前,机械手已广泛应用于实验教学和工业生产当中,但机械手具有体积大、质量重、价格贵以及在工业生产现场不易调试和监控的缺点,给学校教学和企业生产管理带来诸多不便.为了解决上述问题,我们开发设计了一套新型的由PLC控制的虚拟机械手系统.该系统是以上位机KingView组态软件和下位机三菱FX2N系列PLC为核心设计开发完成的.上位机采用数据库和C命令语言相结合实现虚拟控制画面的各种动作过程、报警与事件信息处理、报表数据生成与记录、模拟生产量的曲线显示、参数信息与硬件配置管理及故障信息处理等;下位机采用三菱FX2N系列PLC控制,实现对系统的模拟控制.通过对该虚拟控制平台的调试,结果表明所设计的系统运行稳定、可靠、性价比高,能够很好地满足高校教学的需求,节约科研经费,适应工业自动化生产环境中的不利因素.该系统对于教学、科研以及工业生产都有着很高的实用价值.

Abstract:At present, the manipulator has been widely used in experiment teaching and industrial production, but with its shortcomings of being bulky, heavy, expensive as well as not easy to debug and monitor in industrial production site, it causes learning in schools and enterprise production management no little inconvenience. In order to solve these problems, a new virtual manipulator system controlled by PLC is developed in this paper. The system is designed b and C command language y KingView PC configuration software and PLC Mitsubishi FX2N Series. The database are used in PC to achieve virtual control of the process of various actions, alarm and event information processing, report data generating and recording, simulative output curves showing, configuration management of parameter information and hardware, and fault information processing. Mitsubishi FX2N Series PLC is adopted to realize analog control of the system. Through debugging virtual control platform, the running of the system is proved to be stable, reliable and cost - effective, which is enough to meet the demand of college teaching, to save research funding, and to adapt to the adverse factor in industrial automation production environment. The system has a very high practical value of education, scientific research, and industrial production.
