云广直流工程合闸角控制与断路器操作配合

摘    要:楚雄换流站PSD装置自投入使用至今,已多次出现断路器不能按PSD装置功能进行分相分合闸操作。就此,分析了合闸角控制装置与交流断路器的操作配合中出现的问题,并建议拆除操作继电器箱内的沟通三跳接点的接线,达到合闸角控制装置与断路器操作的优化配置。拆除了相关交流开关的沟通三跳接点后,楚雄换流站换流变压器进线开关可正常实现各相电流过零点分闸的功能,有效地减少了过电压对换流变压器的冲击。

Abstract:Since the PSD devices was in service in Chuxiong Converter Station, there have been several cases where the PSD function could not make the AC circuit breaker switch on or off. This paper analyzes the cooperation problem of PSD device and the circuit breaker, resulting in a suggestion of dismounting the communication triple trip loop in the operating relay box as to optimize their cooperation. After the suggestion is adopted, the AC circuit breaker of converter transformer at Chuxiong Converter Station can enable its function of breaking on at the zerocrossing point of phase currents so normally as to effectively reduce the overvoltage influence on the converter transformer
