GC11钢板材性能试验研究

摘    要:研究了GC11钢板材焊接件的缺口轴向拉伸疲劳性能、低温拉伸性能、低温冲韧性以及弯曲性能,并与30CrMnSiA钢板材进行了比较;采用冲击韧性和爆破试验来评估其低温冷脆倾向。为合理选材料提供了依据。

Abstract:The welded specimens of GC11 steel sheet was investigated for its properties on axiale tension notch fatigue lower temperature tension lower temperature impact toughness and bending. A comparison was made with 30CrMnSiA steel sheet. The tendency of lower temperature brittle was evaluated by impact test and explosion test. The results are useful to choose proper materials in engineering.
