| 摘 要： | 简要介绍芝加哥城市发展的四个历史阶段,阐述芝加哥在制定"百年规划"、打造区域竞争优势、适时调整产业结构、着力恢复中心区活力以及建设滨水城市特色等方面的经验和做法,对比提出我国中部城市在把握"中部崛起"的历史机遇、大力发展制造业和物流会展业、发挥教育科研优势、提升中部整体竞争力等方面的建议.

| Abstract: | The paper briefly introduces the four stages during the developing history in Chicago. It also states the experience and measures at following aspects: making "centenary planning", building regional competitive superiority, balancing the industry structure properly, recovering the vitality of CBD, and constructing the character of water-front city. Comparing with these, the article presents the suggestions: how to win the opportunity of the rise of the Middle Part, accelerating the development of the manufacturing industry,goods circulation industry and MICE industry, developing the advantage of education and research, raising the entire power of challenge. |
