湖南烤烟生物碱含量与其评吸质量的相互关系研究

摘    要:为探讨烤烟生物碱含量与其评吸质量的关系,对湖南烤烟样品的评吸质量、生物碱的组成和含量进行了评价与分析.结果表明:①烤烟不同部位生物碱含量及组成存在极显著差异,烟碱、降烟碱、假木贼碱、新烟草碱、总生物碱含量以及降烟碱、假木贼碱、新烟草碱占生物碱总量的百分比和烟碱转化率均表现为随着生部位自下而上逐步增加,但烟碱占生物碱总量的百分比却表现为自下而上逐步降低;②线性与非线性相关分析表明,除降烟碱与烟气浓度、烟碱与余味、生物碱总量与余味的线性与非线性关系均未达到统计学显著水平以外,烟碱、降烟碱、假木贼碱、新烟碱、生物总量与香气质、香气量、杂气、劲头、刺激性和评吸总分,烟碱、假木贼碱、新烟碱、生物总量与浓度,以及降烟碱、假木贼碱、新烟碱与余味的非线性关系均达到了统计学显著水平,且其相应的偏拟合图形都呈现抛物线形状;③运用光滑样条回归分析能够充分揭示了烤烟各生物碱含量与其评吸质量的线性与非线性关系,也有利于解释在是否考虑烤烟部位的差异时线性相关性存在明显不同的原因.
