摘    要:为研究UV-B对烤烟生长和生理代谢的影响,为生产优质烟叶提供参考依据,通过盆栽试验,采用3个不同UV-B辐射强度对烤烟幼苗进行辐射处理,以UV-B辐射处理7d后幼苗的新鲜叶片测定各项生理指标。结果表明:烤烟幼苗干物质随着UV-B辐射强度的增加而降低;高UV-B辐射使叶片中色素含量降低,叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量低于对照,类胡萝卜素含量受UV-B增加的影响相对较小;丙二醛含量在高UV-B辐射下含量明显增高;脯氨酸、类黄酮等紫外线吸收物质含量随着UV-B辐射强度的增加而增加。

Abstract:Pot experiments were conducted to study effects of different UV-B radiation on growth and physiological index of flue-cured tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.K326) seedling.Results showed that intensified UV-B radiation reduced dry weight.chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and total chlorophyll content.Slight effect was pbserved on carotenoid content intensified UV-B radiation had significant effect on malondialdehyde.The content of proline and flavonoid,as natural osmotic substance in tobacco leaves were also increased...
