圆锥破碎机耐磨材料的研究

摘    要:分析研究了φ27×36棒磨机衬板样品、公司生产的铸态与热处理态高锰钢以及实验室改性高锰钢4种试样的力学性能和金相组织,结果显示:改性高锰钢试样的晶粒均匀且粒度适中,力学性能较为理想,同时耐磨性也最好。指出严格控制热处理温度和时间,使奥氏体晶粒度细小和碳化物弥散析出,就能提高试样的抗拉强度和耐磨性。

Abstract:An investigation was conducted on the mechanical properties of 4 specimens made of different materials including the lining plate which had been used in a φ27×36 bar grinding machine, as-cast and heat treated high manganese steel produced by Yongtong Ductile Iron Co.Ltd., and the heat treated high manganese steel which was produced in the laboratory and had been modified.The result showed that the modified high manganese steel specimen has uniform grain and moderate grain size, quite ideal mechanical properties and the best wear resistance.This fact indicated that the tensile strength and wear resistance of specimens can be improved by strictly controlling heat treating temperature and treating time to obtain fine austenite grain and dispersively precipitated carbide.
