| 摘 要： | 在我国大力发展高等职业教育的形势下,针对计算机高职毕业生专业对口就业率偏低,人才市场需求缺口和毕业生去向产生偏差的问题,在分析计算机行业发展特点和分工形式的基础上,通过对行业发展发展阶段的分析,结合与其他平行行业的对比,找到可借鉴的计算机高职人才培养目标。并结合对企业人力资源部门和IT部门开展人才需求调研,提出高职计算机专业技能培养切实可行的目标。
