气象卫星减压器膜片开裂原因分析

摘    要:用于气象卫星的减压器膜片,在地面测试过程中发现开裂,材料为1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、直读光谱仪和显微硬度仪等手段对失效膜片进行了化学成分,金相组织及形貌进行了分析测试。结果表明:膜片的开裂性质为共振所致的双向弯曲疲劳开裂,其开裂原因是由于膜片发生了共振,且膜片材料中的脆性夹杂物由于存在应力集中在共振中产生微裂纹,形成疲劳裂纹源并扩展导致膜片发生了疲劳开裂。

Abstract:A 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel reductor diaphragm used for weather satellite cracked in ground testing. Optical microscope, scanning electronic microscope, direct-reading spectrograph and mierobardness instrument were used to detect and analyze the cracked diaphragm. The results indicated that failure mode of the diaphragm is bilateral bending fatigue fracture because of resonance vibration. Microeracks formed at the brittle inclusions in the diaphragm for stress concentration under resonance vibration. Fatigue crack then initiated and propagated which caused the diaphragm to crack.
