| 摘 要： | 村镇规划建设工作作为农业、农村和农民工作的重要组成部分,是全面建设小康社会的重要内容,是加快城镇化进程,推进城乡一体化的关键环节,认真抓好村镇规划建设工作具有十分重要的现实意义。当前正值新世纪之初,经济社会的转型给村镇规划建设工作带来巨大冲击,迫切需要与时俱进,深化改革,构筑适应经济社会发展要求的村镇规划建设体系。党的十六届三中全会提出了统筹城乡发展的要求,为村镇规划建设工作的发展指明了方向;浙江省第十一次党代会和十届人代会进一步提出,要统筹城乡经济社会发展,推进城乡一体化,更为抓好村镇规划建设工作提出了新…
