| 摘 要： | 通过多元线性回归方法研究了与钳工操作技能的一些因素，结果表明：钳工是一种专业针对性较强的工种，男性在钳工实作技能方面较女性具有较强的优势，工人的理论水平对实作技能有较大影响，工人的身高，体重等对钳工实作技能没有明显影响。

| Abstract: | With the method of linear regression,the paper discusses the factors associated with fitter's operation skill.The result shows that the benchwork is a kind of professional work.Male has more advantageous than female in the aspect of actual operation skill.The academic level of a worker has a great effect on the operation skill for intermediate class.The height and the weight of workers have no more distinct effect on their operation skill. |
