摘    要:以有机硅-聚酰亚胺(PI)材料为基础,根据有机硅的结构特点及其具有的优越性能,结合已有工作,阐述了将有机硅引入PI以制备高性能的复合材料的缘由,并对一些主要合成方法的原理、优缺点及应用进行了比较详细的述评.

Abstract:The silicone-polyimide materials was studied based on the unique structural characteristics and excellent properties of silicone and the previous work. The reason why the silicone was introduced into the polyimides structure and how to obtained the high performance composites were expatiated, the primary preparation methods and application fields of silicone-polyimide composite materials were reviewed in detail.
