| 摘 要： | 节能、减排已成为我国的基本国策。关停小火电机组、建设大火电机组是推动电力工业结构调整,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的必然选择。阐述了关停小火电的范围、2007年关停进度以及建设节能、高效、环保型大火电机组若干示例。

| Abstract: | Environmental protection by way of energy-saving and pollutants emission reduction has become one of the basic national policies of our country.Cutting down small and building up large fossil fuel-fired power generating units is the only way to go in promoting the power industry structure adjustment and building an energy-saving and environmental protection society.The scope of small fossil fuel-fired power units planned to be cut down,the phase-out progress in 2007 as well as a number of actual examples of large fossil fuel-fired power units featured by energy-saving,high efficiency and environmental protection are being presented. |
