| Abstract: | Discusses an oil-free vacuum leak detection system we developed and applied in a small-size space environment. Describes in detail the oil-free vacuum system, its sensitivity and response time required by helium mass spectrometer for the leak detection system. Lots of tests proved that its design is reasonabe and in a right way. |
