大型硫酸装置设计中波纹补偿器的选型分析

摘    要:大型硫酸装置转化工段的设备大、管道直径大、布置紧凑,介质温度高,管道的热膨胀补偿常采用不锈钢波纹补偿器。结合工程实例,以计算机辅助设计软件为手段,分析不锈钢波纹补偿器选型时应考虑的问题,并指出选型原则。

Abstract:The conversion section of large capacity sulfuric acid plants is characterized by large scale equipment,large-bore pipes,compact layout,and high medium temperature,so,stainless steel corrugated compensators are usually used to compensate the thermal expansion of pipes. Taking specific projects for example, with the help of CAD software, the author analyzes problems to be considered in selection of stainless steel corrugated compensators,and points out principles for selection.
