摘    要:运用热力学理论和通过工业试验对冶炼M2钢进行了脱磷研究。研究表明,用CaO渣系氧化脱磷磷时,〖W〗、〖Mo〗不会氧化,但〖Cr〗、〖V〗氧化损失严重;用BaO渣系氧化脱磷时,〖P〗先于〖Cr〗〖V〗氧化;用Ca、CaC2、CaSi可实现还原脱磷;还原法脱磷用于冶炼M2钢比冶炼不风更有效。

Abstract:The research on dephosphorization during smelting M2 steel is carried out by thermodynamics and industrial trial,the result of which shows that[W]and[Mo]are not oxidized while [Cr]and[V]are oxidized and lost seriously when using Cao slag for oxidizing-dephosphorizing.[P]is oxidized preferentially to [Cr]and[V]when using BaO slag for oxidizing-dephosphorizing.So reducing-dephosphorizing is available when using Ca,CaC 2 or CaSi.Reducing dephosphorizing for smelting M2 steel is more effective than that for smelting stainless steel.
