双涡旋齿涡旋压缩机的工作过程特性研究

摘    要:得到了双涡旋齿涡旋压缩机在工作腔的形成、工作腔之间的相对位置关系、腔内气体的径向泄漏和传热、涡旋盘所受气体力、背压孔和排气孔口气速等方面的性能特点,比较了与单涡旋齿涡旋压缩机在以上方面的不同。结果表明:双涡旋齿结构具有涡旋盘所受气体力波动小、排气脉动小、工作腔内气体的径向泄漏严重和热交换复杂等特点。

Abstract:The performance characteristics in such aspects as forming of the working chamber, position of working chamber, gas leaks and conducts heat, gas force acting on scroll plate, back pressure holes, and gas velocity at discharge hole of the multi - wraps scroll compressor are obtained. The differences of the above respects with the single wrap scroll compressor are compared. The study results show that the multi - wraps structure has characteristics such as being little gas force fluctuatidn,little gas discharge pulsation, and in this structure gas leak seriously and heat conduct complicatedly.
