JH电瓷专用水泥在1100kV棒形产品生产上的应用

对JH电瓷专用水泥胶合剂和普通硅酸盐水泥胶合剂进行了性能对比试验,结果表明:该水泥胶合剂强度比较高,达123.0 MPa,凝结时间缩短一半。使用JH电瓷专用水泥胶合剂胶装的百万伏棒形产品,其温度循环试验、弯曲破坏试验、扭转负荷试验均能达到技术要求。最后,提出了该水泥胶合剂在应用过程中应注意的几个关键问题。

Application of JH Cement Adhesive in 1100 kV Rod Insulator Production

Comparative tests of JH special cement for insulator were performed together with normal portland cement. The result shows that the cement has higher strength reaching 123.0 MPa and shorter setting time by two times. The 1 MV post insulator cemented with this cement passed all technical requirement at temperature cycle test, bending failing load test, and torsion load test. At the same time, some key aspects are put forwards in application of the cement.
