| 摘 要： | 海口滨海岸线城市设计以生态保护、发展旅游产业为核心和切入点,重点发展与控制滨海岸线空间形态、土地利用与景观架构等。城市滨水区城市设计应遵循岸线资源共享和社会公平的原则,采用滚动渐进的规划设计方法,尊重其原有的社会、文化与历史价值,加强滨水区与城市腹地及各开放空间的连接,因地制宜进行开发。

| Abstract: | The city design of the coastal waterfront of Haikou focuses on the environmental protection and tourism development with emphasesplaced on the development and control of the spatial pattern, land utilization and landscape formation. In city design for the waterfront of a citythe principle of coastal resource sharing and social fairness should be observed.,the step-by-step method should be used,the existing social,cultural and historical value should be respected,the link between the waterfront with the hinterland and other open space of the city should bestrengthed,and development should be carried out accordingly. |
