摘    要:针对工业远距离测控环境,设计了基于以太网的交流接触器在线监测系统,实现了交流接触器的运行状态实时监控,达到了状态检修的目的,解决了传统交流接触器只能实现定期检修和事故检修的问题.设计了一种基于C8051F040型单片机和以太网芯片ENC28J60实现的测控系统,详细介绍了系统的工作原理,重点阐述了通信系统软硬件设计方法.实验结果表明,该系统能够实现远距离的交流接触器状态实时监控.

Abstract:For the long distance industrial monitoring and control,an on-line status monitoring system for AC contactor based on Ethernet is designed,the real-time monitoring of running status is implemented.The status maintenance can be done to solve the problem that the traditional AC contactor can only implement preventive maintenance and accident maintenance.A kind of measurement and control system based on C8051F040 MCU and Ethernet chip ENC28J60 is designed.The working principle of the system is introduced in detail.The hardware and software design methods of the communication system are expounded emphatically.The experimental results show that the system can realize real-time monitoring for AC contactor status in long distance.
