摘    要:鞍山钢铁(集团)公司生产的823钢115mm方坯热冲弹性毛坯存在明显的表面缺陷(裂缝和孔洞),造成毛坯件失效。对有缺陷的弹性毛坯件的定心桩和弹体壁部位取样进行金相检验,查明此缺陷是由于热冲方坯料在加热过程中局部过热和过烧所致。

Abstract:Obvious surface defects (crack and cavity) of hot stamped grenade body stock of 823 steel 115mm square billet rolled in AISC lead to failure of stock. Samples from centering pile and grenade body wall with defects have been analyzed by metallo-graphic test and the result shows that the surface defects were caused by local overheat and overfiring during process of hot stamped. square billet.
