摘    要:以XRD为工具,对玻璃原料进行定性分析,运用TOPAS软件对其进行定量分析研究,考察TOPAS定量分析的应用可能性。结果表明,基于Rietveld法的TOPAS定量分析对于玻璃原料的物相鉴定很有意义,无需标样校正,可用于多相复杂的粉末谱相定量,不因物相的增多、衍射峰重叠而发生困难,解决化学分析仅能辨别氧化物组成的劣势,且比传统的定量分析手段更简便。

Abstract:Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of glass raw materials were carried out using XRD and TOPAS software to investigate the application possibility of TOPAS quantitative analysi.The results have shown that the TOPAS quantitative analysis based on Rietveld method for the phase identification of glass raw materials is of great significance. Without the requirement for standard sample calibration,this method can be used for the quanti-tative analysis of complex multiphase powder spectrum. It has no difficulties caused by the increase of phases and the overlap of diffraction peaks,but is able to overcome the disadvantage of chemical analysis which can only dis-tinguish the oxide components,and is also simpler than the traditional quantitative analyses.
