水解酸化工艺在高盐乙烯污水预处理中的应用

摘    要:为提高污水处理效果,将水解酸化工艺引入高盐乙烯污水预处理阶段。针对水解酸化工艺对污水可生化性、有机污染物处理效果,以及对后续好氧生化处理和硫酸盐浓度的影响进行了研究。经工业应用后表明,高盐污水经过水解酸化工艺处理后,m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)值提高了27.8%,CODCr的去除率为20.8%,后续生化处理的CODCr去除率较水解酸化池投用前提高了12.9%,污水中部分硫酸盐被还原为硫化物,硫酸盐的质量浓度降低了9.5%。

Abstract:In order to improve the sewage treatment efficiency,hydrolysis-acidification process was adopted in the pretreatment of high salinity sewage from ethylene industry.The effect of the said process on biodegrada-bility,organic pollutants removal,subsequent aerobic biochemical treatment and sulphate concentration of the sewage was studied.The results of the industrial application showed that,after be treated by hydrolysis-acidification process,the m(BOD5)/m(CODCr) value of the high salinity sewage increased by 27.8%,the removal rate of CODCr was 20.8%;besides,the removal rate of CODCr by the subsequent biochemical treatment increased by 12.9%,and part of the sulphate was reduced to sulfide,the mass concentration of the sulphate decreased by 9.5%.
