真菌对重金属生物吸附机理的研究进展

摘    要:对真菌生物吸附重金属的吸附机理进行了综述。从是否消耗能量和吸附作用发生的位置2方面对吸附机理做出简单分类,依据吸附作用发生在吸附剂细胞的不同位置,分别从细胞表面、细胞外和细胞内3个方面对吸附机理展开探讨。同时指出了真菌吸附重金属机理研究中存在的问题,并对今后的研究方向提出展望。

Abstract:The biosorption mechanisms of heavy metals by fungus were elaborated and classified from two aspects:whether there is energy consumption or not,location of the biosorption happens.Based on the biosorption occurred on the different locations of the cell:outside,surface or inner,the biosorption mechanisms of heavy metals by different fungus were discussed respectively.Meanwhile,the existing problems in present researches on biosorption mechanisms of heavy metals by fungus were pointed out,and the future research directions were also forecasted.
