煤矸石资源化利用的经济效益与环境影响分析

摘    要:针对我国煤矸石的利用现状, 分析了几种资源化利用途径所产生的经济效益和环境影响。从利用每1t煤矸石所带来的直接经济效益看, 各种利用途径的优先次序为: 提取化工产品>发电>烧制水泥>制砖>矿物掺合料和道路基层材料; 从煤矸石利用所带来的总体环境效应分析, 其优劣次序为:制砖和烧制水泥>道路基层和矿物掺合料>发电>提取化学产品。提出在煤矸石利用过程中, 应根据煤矸石的实际品质和储量, 重点发展联合工艺和清洁工艺, 以提高经济效益和降低环境污染。

Abstract:According to the utilization practices of coal refuse in China,economic benefits and environmental impacts of several main utilization processes were analyzed.On the basis of the economic profit caused by utilization of one ton coal refuse,these utilization processes are ordered as follows,from superior to inferior;refinement of chemical products,generating electricity,production of cement clinker,production of brick,production of mineral admixture and production of roadbed material.On the other hand,when the whole environmental impact is analyzed as the mo important index,the following order from high to low will be obtained;production of brick and production of cement clinker,production of mineral admixture and production of roadbed material,generating electricity,refinement of chemical products.Therefore of mineral admixture and production of roadbed material,generating electricity,refinement of chemical products.Therefore,in order to increase the economic profit and decrease the environment pollution,the combination method of several processes and some cleaning process should be adopted to make use of the coal refuse according to the actual coal refuses quality and quantity.
