分光光度法测定湿法磷酸中二氧化硅

摘    要:以草酸为掩蔽剂,消除PO_4~(3-)及Fe~(3+)对分光光度法测定SiO_2的干扰,通过实验得出分光光度法测定湿法磷酸中SiO_2含量的方法。结果表明,显色剂钼酸铵10 mL,掩蔽剂草酸10 mL,显色时间30 min,加标回收率在95%~105%;结果较重量法、容量法更加准确。该法快速、便捷,有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:With oxalate as masking agent to eliminate the interference of PO43-and Fe3+ for the determination of silicon dioxide by spectrophotometry,the method of the determination of silicon dioxide by spectrophotometry is obtained by systematic experiments.The results show that,ammonium molybdate chromogenic agent of 10 mL,oxalate masking agent of 10 mL,show time of 30 min,the recovery rate is 95%-95%;Compared with gravimetric method and volumetric method,spectrophotometric method is more accurate.The method is quick and convenient,has the certain application value.
