8-羟基喹啉锗印迹聚合物合成及吸附过程红外光谱分析

摘    要:采用红外光谱分析技术研究了杂化沉淀聚合法制备的8-羟基喹啉锗印迹聚合物(MIPs)合成、吸附及解吸过程各阶段红外光谱变化,明确合成过程中各物料反应行为及吸附解吸对聚合物性质的影响。结果表明,三氯甲烷与甲醇的混合溶剂及引发剂偶氮二异丁腈不参与合成过程,功能单体丙烯酰胺、交联剂EGDMA参与聚合反应,在洗脱过程中模板8-羟基喹啉和锗离子被洗脱,而在吸附过程中又以固定结构被高效、高选择性吸附。

Abstract:Infrared spectrum change of 8-hydroxyquinoline germanium imprinted polymer (MIPs) prepared by Hybridization Precipitation Polymerization Process was investigated with Infrared Spectroscopic Analysis Technology in processes of synthesis, adsorption and desorption of MIPs. Reaction behaviors of raw materials and influence on polymer properties were clarified during synthesis, adsorption and desorption. The results show that solvents such as chloroform and methanol, and initiator azodiisobutyronitrile has no involvement in synthesis process, and the functional monomer acrylamide and crosslinking agent EGDMA participate in polymerization. Cleared in process of elution, template 8-hydroxyquinoline and germanium ions are highly and selectively adopted as fixed structure during adsorption process.
