云南某铜硫矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:针对云南省某低品位铜硫矿矿石的特点,采用优先浮选铜工艺进行选矿试验。试验条件在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占80%情况下采用"一次粗选、二次精选及三次扫选"优先浮选铜流程,硫回路同样采用"一次粗选、二次精选、三次扫选"浮硫流程。在条件探索试验的基础上,经闭路试验最终获得选矿指标为:铜精矿品位20.31%,铜回收率80.46%;硫精矿硫品位45.3%,硫回收率90.35%;同时金和银也得到了一定程度的富集。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of a sulfur ore of low grade cooper ore in Yunnan province, adopting preferential flotation of cooper ore dressing experiment process. Test conditions on grinding fineness was 80% -0.074mm cases adopted once roughing twice cleaning third scavenging preferential flotation of cooper process, sulfur circuit also adopted once roughing twice cleaning third scavenging float sulfur process .Through closed-circuit test was ultimately for beneficiation indicators: cooper concentrate with cooper grade of 20.31%,recovery of 80.46%; and sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 45.3%, recovery of 90.35; gold and silver at the same time also had a certain degree of enrichment.
