高塔硝基海藻复合肥生产工艺及肥效实验

摘    要:海藻肥营养全面,增产效果显著,可增强作物的抗逆性。介绍以硝铵溶液为原料,生产中添加海藻精粉,采用高塔造粒生产海藻多糖复合肥的生产工艺流程;分析添加海藻精粉发生的褐化反应机制,通过添加活性物质TJ7以抑制褐化反应。肥效实验结果表明,添加TJ7可有效控制褐化反应,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:Seaweed fertilizer has comprehensive nutrition, remarkable effect on yield increase, and can enhance crop resistance. The production process of high tower nitro compound fertilizer containing seaweed concentrates powder with ammonium nitrate solution and seaweed concentrates powder as raw materials is introduced;The mechanism of Maillard reaction caused by seaweed concentrates powder, TJ7 is added to restrain Maillard reaction;The fertilizer efficiency experiment shows TJ7 can restrain Maillard reaction, achieving the expected effect.
