摘    要:本文采用气相二氧化硅作为硫酸电解液添加剂,研究了其对阀控铅酸蓄电池2小时率充放电容量、大电流充放电性能、搁置性能及低温性能的影响,结果表明:气相二氧化硅提高了铅酸蓄电池在上述各种情况的充放电容量及功率,其中在电解液中添加质量分数为5%的气相二氧化硅的铅酸电池,具有最好的电化学性能。气相二氧化硅减少了铅酸蓄电池欧姆极化与电化学极化,从而改善了电解液性能,提高了蓄电池的电化学性能。

Effect of fumed silica electrolyte additives on charge-discharge performance of VRLA battery

Abstract:The effects of fumed silica as sulfuric acid electrolyte additive on the 2 hours rate chargedischarge capacity, high current charge-discharge performance, shelf property and low-temperature performance of VRLA battery were studied in this paper. The results showed that the charge-discharge capacity and power of VRLA battery mentioned above were improved by using fumed silica. The VRLA battery added 5 % fumed silica had the best electrochemical performance. Fumed silica can reduce the ohm polarization and electrochemical polarization of lead-acid battery, thus ameliorating the electrolyte performance, and then improve the electrochemical performance of battery.
