电池化成工艺对深循环电池性能的影响

摘    要:本文重点围绕阀控式蓄电池化成工艺,探讨了不同化成槽水域温度、不同充电量及化成结束后电池内部不同电解液密度对电池初期性能和循环寿命的影响。实验结果表明:化成温度的控制对电池初期性能起关键作用,充电量及电解液密度的控制有利于延长电池循环寿命。

Effect of the process of container formation on performance of deep cycle VRLA batteries

Abstract:This paper mainly discussed the effect of different tank temperature, charging quantity and electrolyte density after formation on initial performance and cycle life surrounding research on the container formation of VRLA batteries. The experimental results showed that controlling formation temperature could play a key role on the initial performance, and control ling charging quantity and electrolyte density after formation was helpful to prolong the cycle life of VRLA batteries.
