电池组装压力对AGM隔板吸酸饱和度的影响

摘    要:电池组一致性问题一直是世界性的难题,而影响电池组一致性的因素很多。要想提高电池组的一致性,必须在每个生产环节进行严格的控制。而隔板又是电池的重要组成部分,隔板性能的优劣对电池性能的影响至关重要。本文通过不同组装压力下的极群进行了组装电池试验,对抽浮酸后电池隔板吸酸饱和度进行计算,同时进行了电池相关性能上的实验。通过数据的测试分析,可以对电池的设计、生产以及工艺的调整提供理论和事实依据。

Abstract:To keep battery consistence of performance is a difficult problem, and many factors affect the consistence of performance. In order to improve the consistence of the battery pack, each production link must be controlled strictly. The separator performance is very important for the performance of the battery. In this paper, the battery assembly test was made by use of plate groups assembled under different compression, and the acid absorption saturation was calculated. Furthermore, the related experiments on battery performance were carried out. Based on the analysis of the data obtained from the tests, a theoretical and realistic basis is provided in terms of the battery design, production as well as the processing adjustment.
