建筑技术的进步与材料的丰富使得东北民居建筑发生前所未有的转变。但是仍然可以看到松散建筑布局、宽敞的院落、体形规整的单体建筑、＂一明两暗＂的房屋布局等等的这些类型元素,存在于广大东北农村的居住模式之中。用类型学的方法去研究传统民居的发展,可以有效的保留有重大意义的建筑片段和历史要素,并将其融入到民居发展的新结构中,对传承和发展建筑的历史特征和地域特征有着重要的意义。

Development of Northeast Dwellings as Viewed from Typology

The northeast dwellings have been changed unprecedentedly because of the progress of the construction technology and the rich architectural material.But we can still see that some elements of types known as the loosen architectural layout,spacious courtyard,neat single building ＂one toward the sun,two offset the sun＂ and so on exist in the residential patterns of the northeast village.We can keep the significant architectural fragment and historical factors effectively,then integrate them into the new structure of residential development according to the traditional dwellings with the method of typology,which is of greet significance to inherit and develop characteristics of history and regions.
