摘    要:倾角测量广泛地应用于诸多工程领域,该文针对基于MEMS加速度传感器进行倾角测量量程受限问题,设计了由双轴加速度传感器、无线射频模块等组成的全量程无线倾角传感器,通过挂限判别实现了0°~360°全量程的倾角测量,并采用二次最小二乘法进行输入输出特性建模。试验结果表明,倾角传感器在全量程范围内测量精度为±0.21°。

Abstract:Tilt sensor has been widely used in many engineering fields.The full-range wireless tilt sensor which is designed to overcome the limited range of tilt measurement of the accelerometer based on MEMS consists of the dual-axis accelerometer,RF modules and other components.The full range tilt measurement is realized by distinguishing each quadrant.The least squares method is used as the modeling method for the input and output characteristics.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of the whole range is ±0.21°.
