| 摘 要： | 在加蓬体育场钢结构大跨度钢拱架工程施工中,根据工程特点、难点,确定了钢拱桁架提升技术方案。充分利用现有的提升塔架及结构特点,制定合理的组装、提升、焊接顺序与工艺,采用计算机液压同步提升技术,通过有效地控制工艺,进行了承重系统的平稳转换及支撑架拆除,高空精确合龙,整体结构施工达到设计及规范要求。

| Abstract: | In construction of the large-span steel arch truss for a stadium in Gabon,according to the characteristics and difficulty of the project,the technical problems of steel arch truss hoisting have been solved.Making full use of the existing lifting tower and the structure itself,the reasonable assembly,lifting,welding sequence and process are worked out,the computer and hydraulic synchronizing lifting technique are also used,through effective control,the load-bearing system transition,removing support and accurate closure in the upper air are carried out,which makes the construction of the whole structure meet the requirements of the design and specifications. |
