| 摘 要： | 供用电合同的签订和履行是电力经营中一项重要工作.分析研究了在供用电合同的签订和履行过程中,因存在不能妥善解决的一些实质性问题,将使供电企业面临一系列的风险.结合日常工作经验,切实地提出了可采取的相应防范对策,有益于规范电力经营行为,规避电力市场潜存的风险,维护供电企业合法权益.
