摘    要:结合国内规模最大的逆作法工程——南京德基广场二期工程的超深逆作法钢管柱施工,介绍了提高逆作法钢管柱垂直度的多项施工技术,包括技术创新、技术改进和质量控制要点等。实践表明,逆作钢管柱实时调垂控制系统对纠偏是可行有效的;混凝土浇筑平台和钢管柱安装支撑架的使用,对提高钢管柱的垂直度至关重要。

Abstract:Based on the reverse super-deep propping posts and piles in the project of Nanjing Deji Plaza 2nd which is the biggest reverse construction in China, many construction technologies to improve the perpendicular of the reverse steel pile are introduced, including technology innovation, technology promote,main point of quality control and so on. The practice shows that, the perpendicular controlling system of reverse steel pile have effect on correction; platform for concrete pouring and the installation of propping posts and piles, is very important to improve the perpendicular of steels piles.
