铅阳极泥中铋的回收

摘    要:铅阳极泥中由于含铋较高,综合回收利用效益好,已日益受到各企业的重视。介绍了铅阳极泥中铋的回收过程,存在的问题及解决的办法。铅阳极泥处理工艺的选择,既要考虑铋的综合回收,更重要的是要考虑主金属金银的生产成本。选择传统火法工艺富集铋,湿法粗炼氧化铋渣,最后再进行粗铋的火法精炼。此工艺能使铅阳极泥的处理达到利润最大化,而且产品质量稳定,全部达到1号铋的要求。

Abstract:Because of bearing ralatively high bismuth content and good profit to comprehensive utilize, the recovery of bismuth in lead anode mud has been paid more attention by many enterprises day by day. This text has introduced the recovery course of bismuth recovery, problems existing and the methods of settlement. Choiceof technology should take consider synthesis of bismuth retrieve, the more important thing is that should consider the production cost of gold and silver. The suitable technique is choosing the traditional fire technology to collect bismuth richly, smelting slag bismuth oxide in wet method, and refining crude bismuth afterward by fire method. This technology is able to make the profits of treatment of lead anode mud reach to maximum and the product quality is steady, all reach the request for 1 # bismuth product.
